Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason in line with EU regulations for the14 day cooling off period. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product in its original condition. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to us are at your own expense. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
